Vegetarian appetizer

Ingredients for the Vegetarian Appetizer - Servings 4 persons:

  • 100 g of carrots;
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil;
  • 100 g of celery Verona;
  • 100 g of beet Cotta;
  • 100 g of tomato;
  • 100 g of cucumber;
  • 1 bunch of celery;
  • 1 cup Sauce Vinaigrette;
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 1 Lemon;
  • Vinegar;
  • Salt and pepper.

Vegetarian Appetizer Preparing:

Peeled and grated carrots should season with oil  and add lemon, salt and pepper. After that peel and grate the celeriac and season it with mayonnaise. Peel the beetroot, cut into slices or diced and sprinkle with a little vinegar. Peel cucumbers and cut into slices and bathe themselves with another bit of vinegar. Arrange all these vegetables to the star form on the dish alternating by colors, and servile well fresh.
